Julie Whelan is the Head of Occupier Research for the Americas at CBRE. Based in Boston, Julie works closely with key CBRE leadership to provide insightful and timely analysis to help clients make informed real estate decisions. She works towards identifying trends that will impact office occupiers across industries in the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Ms. Whelan has more than 10 years of experience in real estate market analysis and consulting. Prior to joining CBRE, she was the Vice President of Global Realty Services for State Street Corporation.
