Daniel Drezner

Dr. Daniel W. Drezner is a professor of international politics at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. Prior to Fletcher, he taught at the University of Chicago and the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has previously held positions with Civic Education Project, the RAND Corporation, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and has received fellowships from the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Council on Foreign Relations, and Harvard University. Dr. Drezner has written five books, including All Politics is Global (2007) and Theories of International Politics and Zombies (2011), and has edited two others. His blog was named by TIME as one of the 25 best blogs of 2012. His latest book is The Toddler in Chief: What Donald Trump Teaches Us About the Modern Presidency (2020), and he currently writes a daily blog for The Washington Post.
