John K. Davis

Philosophy, Cal State Fullerton

Dr. John K. Davis is Professor of Philosophy at California State University, Fullerton, where he has taught bioethics and normative theory for eleven years. Prior to Cal State Fullerton, Professor Davis taught at East Carolina University. And before that, he was a practicing attorney. In 2018, he published New Methuselahs: The Ethics of Life Extension, a philosophy book covering the ethical issues raised by the prospect of slowing human aging. It is only the second book-length discussion of this issue by a philosopher.
